About Scriptology

Scriptology is a tech-enabled comprehensive medication management (CMM) service augmented by an extended clinical pharmacy team. We help patients navigate their medication journey after leaving the clinic, offloading unnecessary burden from providers in a cost-effective way. We envision a world where the medication journey is humanized for patients at every step, and we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of Product Management to help build the solutions that make that possible.

Why Join Us

  • High-visibility role with direct executive access and meaningful decision-making authority
  • Mission-driven work at the intersection of clinical care and technology solutions
  • Fully remote, full-time position
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Opportunity to build product solutions in a growth-stage company

Who You Are

  • You understand clinical workflows well enough to ask the right questions and product well enough to turn the answers into something buildable
  • You write user stories and acceptance criteria that development teams can execute with minimal clarification
  • You are organized, follow-through is a point of pride, and you don't let things fall through the cracks
  • You're comfortable in a Scrum environment and know the difference between being a Scrum Master and being a Product Owner and can do both when needed
  • You've worked alongside external or offshore development teams and know how to give direction clearly across distance and time zones
  • You are a strong written communicator and leave every meeting with documented next steps, and people trust your notes
  • You're energized by environments that are still figuring themselves out, not intimidated by them
  • You know when to ask for help and when to make the call — and you do both at the right times

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Management to serve as the day-to-day connective tissue between clinical operations, technology delivery, and external vendor execution. This is a role that will own solution requirements end-to-end, from clinical workflows through to development backlog, and ensure that what gets built reflects what the business actually needs.  You will own translating clinical workflows and operational needs into well-groomed, development-ready backlog items and ensure that our sprint teams always have clear, prioritized work to execute against.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires an uncommon blend of clinical domain expertise, product discipline, and Agile delivery ownership. You will run sprint ceremonies, maintain the backlog, coordinate with clinical and operations stakeholders on requirements, and serve as the primary daily interface for our external development partner. You will report to the CPTO and work closely with clinical, IT, and the data team.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Product Ownership

  • Translate clinical pharmacy workflows across care coordination, medication therapy management, and adherence programs into structured, actionable product requirements
  • Partner with clinical leadership to define and validate customer-facing and clinician-facing feature behavior
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and clinical end-user in all product and technology decisions
  • Maintain a well-groomed, prioritized backlog at all times where stories ready for sprint should never be a blocker
  • Validate that delivered features meet clinical and operational intent before release; own the UAT coordination process

Product Development & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and post-release validation
  • Write and maintain user stories, epics, and functional specifications sufficient for development teams to execute without ambiguity
  • Establish and enforce a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) gate prior to production deployment
  • Own the product roadmap and communicate prioritization rationale clearly to the CPTO, CEO, and cross-functional stakeholders

Agile / Scrum Delivery Leadership

  • Lead sprint ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
  • Maintain a healthy, well-groomed backlog with clear prioritization and up-to-date acceptance criteria at all times
  • Drive accountability for velocity, sprint commitments, and delivery predictability across internal and vendor teams
  • Establish and track metrics for product delivery health (cycle time, defect escape rate, UAT pass rate, deployment frequency)

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as the primary requirements interface for external engineering vendors, reducing dependency on tribal knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Director of Engineering on integration requirements, data flows, and platform constraints
  • Facilitate requirements alignment sessions with clinical, operations, and engineering stakeholders; produce written output for every session

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a healthcare or clinical technology environment
  • Direct working knowledge of clinical pharmacy, care coordination, or medication management workflows
  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum/Agile environment, including backlog ownership, sprint planning, and release management
  • Ability to write precise, unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria without coaching
  • Experience working with external development vendors; ability to provide direction and hold vendors accountable to commitments
  • Strong written communication skills as this role produces documentation as a primary work product
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements and their implications for product design and data handling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in clinical pharmacy, digital health, or clinical coordination — or equivalent product experience in a PBM, MTM, or care management context
  • Experience with health plan or payer-side technology products
  • Exposure to SOC 2 or HITRUST compliance environments
  • Distinct experience in product management SDLC processes and roadmapping
  • Familiarity with clinical pharmacy platforms, MTM platforms, or medication management systems
  • Experience in a growth-stage company; comfort with ambiguity and building process from scratch
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred
